Steps to Own a Charger

1. Site Assessment

To determine the appropriate charger type and installation location, it is important to gather information about the site conditions and surroundings.

2. Choose Charger

Choose your favourite colour.

3. Set Installation Date

Both parties should agree on a date to schedule the installation and configuration. The installation usually takes 4 to 5 hours to complete.

4. Install Charger

Our installation service includes proper piping, wiring, MCB, RCCB, isolator and charger installation in compliance with safety requirements. We will also provide our customers with guidelines on how to operate the charger and mobile app.

5. After Sales Support

If you require assistance or support, please contact us at 018-978 0031. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will arrange a site inspection for you.
